Alles begann mit der Vision von Paul Boutinot, der um die Welt reiste um das perfekte Stück Land, das perfekte Klima und kräftige Reben für eine nachhaltige Landwirtschaft zu finden.
Die False Bay Weine und die gleichnamige Bucht sind das Ziel der wunderbaren Reise. Jeder Einzelne von Ihnen spiegelt Paul?s Idee wieder, seine akribische Vorstellung wie der Wein schmecken muss. Und das auf den Punkt genau bei Öffnung jeder einzelnen Flasche!

FALSE BAY: echte Weine die das Abenteuer aus dem Cap Terroir verkörpern. Benannt und beeinflusst durch die gleichnamige Bucht und damit maritim gezeichnet. Der Beweis: Guter Wein kann erschwinglich sein!

Nach "alter Schule" fermentiert, überzeugt dieser traditionelle Syrah mit saftig-beerigen Noten in der Nase, am Gaumen lebhaft und frisch, eleganter Körper mit wohl balancierter Säure

Empfehlung: Ein zuverlässiger Speisebegleiter zu gegrillten Lammkarrees mit Couscous-Minz-Granatapfel Salat und frischem Maisbrot. Fertig ist die südafrikanische Grillparty!
