Bardos Romántica Crianza Weinbeschreibung

Die Lese von Romántica Crianza erfolgt Ende September manuelle mit ausgewählten Trauben. Anschließend folgen eine klassische Rotweingärung und Mazeration auf der Maische während 3-4 Wochen in 15 Tonnen Gärbehältern bei einer Temperatur von 28°C. Die Gärung findet in Barriques aus französischer Eiche statt. Der Bardos Romántica hat eine tief kirschrote Farbe mit dunkelvioletten Glanz. In der Nase zeigt der Crianza intensive und komplexe Aromen reifer von dunkler Früchte wie Brombeeren und Blaubeeren, sowie etwas Tabak und ein Hauch Leder. Auf der Zunge ist der Romantica Crianza von Bardos vollmundig, mit starker Struktur aber spürbarer Frische. Er ist geschmeidig und dabei elegant mit sanften Tanninen und angenehmem Abgang.
