Produktinformationen "San Marzano -F- Negroamaro IGP"

Die Weinstöcke des Weins San Marzano -F- Negroamaro stehen in kleinen Parzellen auf felsigen Kalkböden. Es wird von Handernte und die Erträg sind sehr niedrig. 12monatiger Ausbau in französischer und kaukasischer Eiche.
Der F- Negroamaro zeigt sich mit schwarzrot mit sehr komplexer Nase. Reife schwarze Beeren, Kirschkonfitüre, Thymian und etwas Kakao. Der Wein ist am Gaumen dicht und körperreich mit seidigem Tannin und sehr langem, aromatischem Nachhall.

Empfehlung: Perfekter Begleiter zu Lamm, Wild und Rind, Pecorino.
