La Grange Rondeur Appassimento zeigt dunkle Früchte und vor allem schwarze Johannisbeeren in einer Melange mit frisch gehackten Rosinen mit einem Hauch von Rosmarin gepaart. In der Nase Nuancen von Thymian und Pfeffer des gekonnten Barriqueausbaus. Auf der Zunge zeigt sich La Grange Rondeur Appassimento mit dezente Süße, umhüllt von Himbeer- und Blaubeeraromen, die auf würzigen Anklängen der Garrigue im Abgang treffen
